Hi all,

Wondering if I should start UT for the treatment of candida (along with a bunch of other stuff), and adrenal fatigue and the attendant dehydration that both of these syndromes together cause. I have fissures in my tongue, and I wake up very dehydrated.

according to chinese medicine, i have been dx'd with low stomach qi, spleen qi deficiency, kidney yin deficiency...

molds and metals may very well be an issue

is UT safe, and indicated for all this, and if so, how do I go about doing it, e.g. what is the right protocol to start on, right book to buy that has specific instructions-- or is there a place where all the right info is in the right place (as opposed to hunting it down on forums and cobbling it together)...
