That might work if getting rid of a tumor got rid of cancer.  Most often, such is not the case and even when the entire tumor appears to be removed the cancer frequently returns.

Here's an idea that we use in our house on us as well as our three recued "found dogs" and our rescued cat: don't get ANY vaccinations, feed them a good diet and include some colloidal silver in their drinking water on a fairly regular basis.
