Here are my other symptoms and also what I'm taking:

- bloating
- puffy face (like a double chin almost)
- irritability
- sore muscles (especially back) and joints
- fatigue
- frequent urination
- gas
- constipation
- stomache pains


Currently taking daily:
- Armour
- nettle leaf 3x
- yucca 3x
- kefir every am
- L-glutamine 2x
- Metalloclear
- LivRight 2x
- bitters 3x
- rice bran 4x
- amla 2x
- chlorella 2x
- maca 3x
- potassium 400mg
- zinc 150 mg (usually 50mg, but temp. taking more for mettalothiene issue)
- magnesium malate 1250 mg
- B-50
- Vit C 100 mg 2x
- TMG 750 mg 3x
