I grew up on everything Sugar and of course we had our regular meals but desert was a huge word at my course and as kids we loved the smell of choco chip cookies. I began to have issues at about 17 and all the symptoms of Candida were there but the doctor told my parents I had a sensitive stomach and prescribed a mild barbituate that I never took unless I was really uncomfortable. I was also an athlete and by the time high school was over I had all ready under the knife twice to fix my knee .. Candida again. At 20 I was now a total veggie and the Candida and all of its reactions disappeared but by 45 I was involved with a career and allowed my diet to return to the foods I grew up on. Candida appears again in the form of UTI's, brain fog and heart palpitations which happened during a routine stress test. I was rushed into an ICU room claiming I was having a mild heart attack but instead I saw some baking soda and asked for it instead with my pulse returning to normal in moments. Candida turns you acid but so do the foods that you have been eating. Here are some of the things you can do to help yourself and a few products that are curing me. First of all you have to kill the Candida systemically and I have successfully used products from gold2live.com and Yeast Cleanse from Solaray. I would not suggest home units that claim they make Colloidal Silver because by the time you pay for the unit you could have bought a new start from the grocery store, killed off most of the Candida with certified products from gold2live and bought yeast cleanse for about 20 dollars. Candida is not easy to get out of your system and be careful of urges or cravings with this in mind .. if it has Sugar in it the Candida is in control but if it is a green food or veggie you cannot go wrong. You can win this battle with the right products but do not compromise just because it is cheap or seems like a shortcut .. they will fail you and it is money down the drain. Always purchase products that have been tested for quality you will pay more for them but in the long run you are worth it!
