Thanks for the reply smitho.I ended up going for the 8 isocort a day.I have hashimoto's and hypothyroidism,which i'm being treated for.

My main problem is the brain fog and anxiety.I'm on 25mg of cynomel and these were my new ft3 level:

3.1 Range (2.0-4.4)

Which is an improvement,since it was 1.6 before i started meds.Still trying to figure out if i should get my ft3 up higher and maybe that would help too.I'll just keep going with the isocort and see how i do in a couple weeks.There are some great reviews on amazon,and that was one of the reasons i ordered it from there.
