thanks for the replies.
I thought it would come out as urine. But I am sure my system as a lot of cleaning house to do. I have been fat for over 10 years.
Don't really want to do a Colon Cleanse but I might look into it.
I have work and classes all day some days, and have to use public bathrooms, so my concern was more around having a diarrhea spell, then.
On day 3 and it's a lot easier than when I've attempted water fasting. I'm losing weight and feel satisfied.
