Hi - I have both constipation issues and the odor issues that can be present without constipation, but it is much, much worse with the constipation. I have never taken castor oil internally. I use magnesium citrate powder (2 Tbls mixed with 8 -10 oz of water) to get rid of the constipation. I explain in the previous message how I use castor oil and it still working PRAISE GOD!!!!
