I would leave everything behind , except stuff made out of hard plastic and metal.

If you absolutely can't stand to part with it, put it in a storage unit, or store it at a friends house until a later date.

personally, I prefer isopropyl alcohol over vinegar.

I would definitely sell the car and get a different one. If you absolutely can't do that and you have cloth seats, then get some finely powdered boric acid and rub it into every square inch of the seats. Then put some kind of seat covering over that. same with the floor carpeting

if you are this severely impacted by the mold that you should get some nystatin. this is a medication that binds to the ergot toxin And eventually destroys it. The side effects are relatively mild and in many countries Its over-the-counter medication. your doctor may or may not be willing to prescribe it to you. Ask on the Candida Forum a reliable place to get it online without prescription. I know everybody wants to be all-natural and whatnot, but I'm telling you , you can battle this thing for years. Get some nystatin and end your nightmares is my advice
