Hi thrivewithwater,

I'm loving your posts and many of the responses that you're getting too.

In answer to your question on dental care, I use water and the softest toothbrush that I can get (which is unfortunately a medium that's been worn down by long use!) I floss first where needed and then I take care to brush just enough. I can feel with my tongue when the teeth are perfectly clean and my dentist unknowingly confirmed last year that this was sufficient.

One of the benefits of correct Water Fasting is clean, healthy teeth as many fasters have reported in various books, etc.

I'm glad to hear that you have a firm but understanding boss who saw fit to allow you time off for fasting. Many would have worried too much about losing a client and forever have put their health on hold for the elusive opportune moment. Well done to you and don't talk yourself out of it further success!
