I am dry fasting since Tuesday with no problems so far other than lack of sleep and feeling overheated. I was on a juice fast, then a Water Fast and I had a elevated temp during that time. Since the dry fast began that temperature went up even more.
In addition I see a brown sediment in my urine. I do not know what it is. I have no yeast problems nor anything like that. Does anyone know what it could be?
