Hi,
Sugar is a big culprit of acne. I would limit foods with sugar. Don't forget gluten as well. If you like oatmeal (which causes people to breakout), they have a gluten free oatmeal that tastes just like regular oatmeal. I've been eating it for at least 3 years and it doesn't make me breakout at all. Quinoa is just like rice, but the grain is a little finer. For the fish oil, it is orange flavored and has no fishy taste. Here are links to where I buy them from:

If you're going to start taking the Vitamin B5 make sure you take a Vitamin B Complex once per day to keep your B Vitamins balanced. Before you start this, you should research it. Here are a few links with information and reviews:

(I use this b5. Plus click on reviews in the link and tons of people have said it helped them with acne)
As for the whole body hormonal acupuncture, they cost me $60 per treatment. I took 10 treatments in a row (once to twice per week). If you or your parents have insurance, that would be great. I found an acupuncturist in my city who has experience with hormonal acupuncture and made an appointment. It's good to get the treatments every week. The closer they are the better it will work to balance your hormones. If you can't afford go twice a week, then go once a week.
Here is a link of another person who has tried Vitamin B5 and hormonal acupuncture and it helped them:

In my opinion it is great to have a good clean diet and live a healthy lifestyle, but as we do these things we might still get Acne from time to time. I know people who have strict diets and still breakout a little and other people who have bad diets and don't breakout at all. It really comes down to hormones and toxins. If you can eliminate toxins from the body and balance your hormones, then you will rarely breakout. So in the end, have a good diet and lifestyle and balance those hormones and you're good to go.
If you have any questions ask me. I'm here to help.
