Something really strange happened to me about three months ago about which I have told no-one. Mainly for fear of being ridiculed. But after finding this forum I guess some light may be thrown on what actually happened to me.: Three months ago I was sat watching television when I noticed a strange mist in the air, sort of like fog, I thought maybe some fog had come in from outside or perhaps there was a fire somewhere but suddenly I seemed to 'jump' in my chair and suddenly the fog had completely disappeared and I had a slight pain in the back of my neck. When I felt my neck there was two small lumps about an inch apart. The discomfort went the following morning and I thought not much more about it for a few days then it started to bug me after I looked at my neck in the mirror. Anyway, I went to the doctor who referred to the hospital. Weeks later I got an appointment at the hospital where the main doctor (Singh) got a second opinion on what was in my neck. The upshot of it was that he told me I had two small (5mm) circular objects probably of a metallic substance under my skin and attached or fused with the nerves either side of my neck cortex. He had no explanation for what they were and said he did not recommend removal as this would most likely damage the nerves irreperably. As they were not causing any discomfort he reckoned I should just put up with them.
That was strange enough but three days ago I had come home early evening, it was dusk, and I was reversing into my drive just as someone was crossing the pavement so I waited for them to move out of the way. The image in my rear view mirror looked slightly weird but I put that down to the mirror. I reversed into my drive and got out of my car. I glanced up at this 'figure' and as I did it stopped dead. It was only about thirty yards from me but it looked really strange, as though someone had made it but not got it quite right. It's really difficult to explain. When it started to move towards me I felt my bottom muscles clench and then I really know what people mean when they say 'I shit myself'. It moved in such an awkward and unusual way sort of like a slow motion slide and mini gentle hop. It seemed to be dressed all in grey, with a mac like those Fifties movies. A hat of sorts cos I could not make out any head nor any features whatsoever. I took a few steps back and then ran to my front door and locked it. After a few seconds I ran upstairs to get some pepper spray and gathered all my courage and opened the door ready to fire the spray but there was nothing there. Nothing up or down the street. I collapsed on my chair, first with relief then fear of whatever it was possibly coming back. I have no idea how to explain these two incidents or whether or not they are related. Does anybody have any insight into what may have happened and what this figure could have been?
