I have used cannabis to treat the pain and suffering of my adrenal fatigue and associated muscle pain symptoms. I think it is slightly stimulating (kind of like an adaptogen) and not the "best" or ideal medicine.. but I have been in so much pain.. alone , in the winter, not able to work or sleep well. The only bad effect I've noticed is when coming off of it after habitually consuming it for a few days or weeks. I feel much more sensitive and irritable.. and thus more susceptible to stressors or crashes. I take kava to relax when I want to go off it.
