Hi thrivewithwater!

I'm glad you are doing this! i want to do a Water Fast for actually the EXACT same reasons as you! But just for 30 days ( i start on the 8th march until Easter).

However I am concerned about the possibility of an electrolyte imbalance and as a result I am going to the Health dpt of my university to know whether it is possible to perform electrolyte tests throughout the fast. I am not sure if they will understand my incentives (Do you think they will accept ?)

Oh and I recommend the book "water fasting" by Jennifer Thompson, very... hum graphic... but interesting!
