Maybe this is a dead thread but hopefully you get some email notifications still.

I'm wondering how you are doing. Would you share? Did you ever end up doing the fast?

I'm finished with day one of a 3 day urine fast. I'll keep going longer if I feel up to it. The first day was much easier than the first day of a water fast.

Any updates from an experienced fasters would be great!
