I have had a lot of problems with heartburn during the 34 days of fasting. I make sure to take no more than 16oz of water per day. Most days got between 4-6 ozs. I drank only when thirsty. I also did a lot of skin brushing and tried to make sure at least half of the water I drank was hot (boiled) water. That helped me burped and seemed to really calm the acid reflux.
