You certainly don't need the book to have an understanding of YOUR test, as you said the many paged report does a fine job explaining that, indeed.

The book is only for those who may want to study nutritional balancing and take a close look at its complexities.The book is required for those who want to become HTMA practitioners, that is why I purchased a copy.
