Thank u for that PM Iceman. I want to juice and will as soon as I buy a juicer. I do still eat a lot of sweets and Other things I may not need. But when I have tried to eat healthy I would still get. An outbreak, buti do need to drink more water and I will try the fish oil. I was afraid to take b vitamins because I thought they made me have breakouts. But will do the b5. And when u did acupuncturing how does this work and how much it cost. I appreciate your time to respond.
