I have had similarly episodes of emotional release since starting SSKI /companions 11 months ago. Great stuff Iodine - darkness followed by increased clarity. Did not know how much liver was congested until it let go a bit and then some more...I put my body through hell with alcohol/drugs, and pent up emotional energy - clean ten years and very grateful for spiritual program as foundation for this, CZ as a whole, and Iodine Protocal.
