I am completely gobsmacked at the amount of people pursuing nutritional balancing! Where on gods green earth were you all when I started with it 2 years ago!!!!LOL (There were like two of us doing it and I was so desperate for support!!)

While there are many great articles on the ARL website, for anyone interested in a deeper understanding of the Science behind Nutritional Balancing, I would suggest Dr. Wilson's book titled "Nutritional Balancing and Hair Mineral Analysis". Its really in depth and fantastic and will no doubt blow your mind!!
