yep, thats pretty good.

i thought about the selenium symptoms in horses and i do believe one could experience some of that. i first thought that high doses of selenomethionine were fine, but have since backed off of that. dr olree recommends 200mcg a day. with high Iodine intake, more can be taken. i still recommend more of both for those battling cancer. cancer is a sign that selenium ran out.
