Ok I did 2 CEs (using 1 teaspoon of coffee)
8 oz for each enema (didn't want too much liquid because of diverticulitis and pressure on colon)

I lied on my back and retained both for 12 minutes.
I did not hear the gallbladder squirt while doing this (does it usually squirt while you're doing the enema or hours later?)


What should I do - increase the amount of coffee?
