Hi!
I was wondering how you're doing now?
I have been searching and searching the web to see if Magnesium caused chronic back pain and found nothing until I read your post. I am exactly the same so you're not alone. I eventually put the pain down to the magnesium so have stopped taking it.
I am so confused with this whole Candida thing and struggling so much with diet. I am currently on Threelac and a few other things but I just can't give up the wine!!! Any tips?????
