My last question is in regards to coffee enemas (because I've done them in the past)

I have diverticulitis in descending colon and have to be careful about putting pressure on it or it can make things worse.

With this in mind... is it best if I do the Coffee-Enema lying on my back? And then when I go to release the enema do it gently and slow?

If I ever FORCE things I can sharp pains in testicles and it runs up the descending colon (like a hernia)
