Yes, you could try to combat the candida first. Just remember that there is debate over which came first, the candida or the hormonal imbalance. I know I had a hormonal imbalance before the candida was evident. Unfortunately nobody was able to give me a successful hormone balancer until this year, what? eight years after my quest began? Chaste berry is the only thing that works for me, and I was amazed at how it helped heal some ailments that I thought were completely from candida. Chaste berry also has anti-fungal properties, which is an added plus.
