Hi Elyse, I'm glad to know other people have had this problem before. The chast tree sounds helpful, and I'll definitely keep it in mind. Do you know if it reduces the effectiveness of birth control? And in case anyone mentions this, I've had the libido/sensitivity issue for around 5 years, and I only just started hormonal bc. So I know it's not the cause.

The mediherb brand looks good, but it's expensive on amazon. I wonder if a less expensive brand would work as well.
