A few have posted dosing requirements in the Probiotics forum. be forewarned, the worse the problem, the higher the dose required... anywhere from 50 billion a day to 3.6 trillion a day in divided doses for a minimum of 4 to 8 weeks and then maintenance forever.

Some may have to go 6 months or more... because of Antibiotic use and high fiber diets which tear up and destroy your intestines... causing the very problems you are experiencing.

I have heard very good things about this program... never needed it though myself... I eat microbes by the 100's of billions if not trillions almost daily through home-made cultured and fermented foods.
