To find out you may take the barnes temperature test, if your body temp is lower than 37 C not much works in your body, like everything is set on hold.
I raised my bodytemp from 36 to 37, and works best when it is a little higher than 37.

Borax may help both libido and candida (did for me) just know you have a long and winding road ahead of you.
Iodine would be a must, I would start by educating myself like here;
