Purchase some oregano oil, and take high doses internally.

Work out some method to keep the infected area warm. This increases the blood flow to the area, with the supply of immune cells. You may, for example, get a hot water bottle, fill it with hot water, wrap it in a cloth, and hold it against the jaw.

It can be very painful, but as the infection is killed off, the pain will reduce.

If the abscess is open, put some salt in water, and gargle it.
