i have candida, but not so bad anymore.

i am mainly concerned with bloating, as this one of the few symptoms i can not get rid of. it seems worst mainly down low near my navel, most likely colon, but it is all over my abdomen so my small intestine is also involved.

nothing i've done in years has done anything for the bloating.

has any experience with b. coagulans?

or kefir enema?

can you do the kefir enema with kefir and not the kefir grains?
