If you are in the business of taking alot of ALA and want to save money,

use nutrabio.com

they have 500 grams ALA powder for about $55

buy a cheap scale from eBay and encapsulate it yourself...

Cheapest route, use it only if you are cheap and patient!

I personally dont have to buy empty capsules as i empty my other supplements right into my mouth or food and that makes enough capsules.

I used to drink the ALA in water but at over 60mg per dose it became too acidic for my esophagus... had to encapsulate!
