Hiiiii fasting.now!! Good idea about gradually decreasing your food intake. I've been doing the same and it's really hard lol I've actually tried fasting a week before Thanksgiving but I decided not to since it was going to be very hard and I didn't want to set myself up for failure. Then Christmas and New Year's..all that kinda stopped me but now is a perfect time. And wow..you're 100% raw vegan, kudos to you! Maybe after our WF I can get some tips from you because I've always wanted to better my body and get into a raw vegan diet but I get so overwhelmed.
