yes! awesome. Please don't think i am an expert. i would love to be your buddy. Message me privately, or here, or wherever.
Maybe we could prepare for our fast together. Are you going to do some preparation days?
I really am going to do several super-light-low-intake=low-calorie days beforehand. Max 500 calories a day. To wean myself off food.
I've never been able to think of doing this before, but it really does seem like the way to go, for me, and so I feel I am making progress.
I think I really will get less sick with detox during the fast this way.
Any thoughts? Love to hear from you!
Did you say you were fasting for Lent? that is what I am using for "support"/motivation. I hope it does not sound sacrilegious. For me fasting is spiritual and physical, both, very sincerely, but I would never impose religiosity, and it seems often sort of weird to talk about religious fasting on a non-religious forum... so... I guess I will just say I am no more than averagely religious but when I have trouble fasting it helps to make my purpose at least somewhat religious/spiritual... :)
