After all the back-aching, fullness yesterday, and feeling the pressure shift down my colon, I was really starting to expect a big blow-out. No such yet, but I have had two decent movements today. They aren't like pre-colonic poops; they are loose but heavy. I wish for this to continue in a dramatic way all weekend, that would be great. I'm also considering Oxypowder . I wonder if it is only available online, and also if it doesn't go well with colonics. Well if anyone wants to talk to me - haha - I'm here.
