fasting.now, I'm new to this and am starting today with a carrot and cup of coffee for breakfast. I'm not normally a social media kind of person but I have a feeling that advice and encouragement will be necessary for success.
Can you take on another buddy? a newbie?
I won't be supported by food-obsessed family and friends. They're going to tell me I'm dying.
