I'm fasting lent too
want to be buddies?
:)
i'm working up to it,
starting my pre-fast regimen today saturday
mostly it's just bringing my food intake down gradually to 0 over the course of about a week.
i'm already 100% raw vegan
going about 800/500/300 cal a day
detaching myself from the food zone! :)
