Don't leave out milk and eggs!

Dairy cows and factory farmed eggs are horrifically brutal forms of abuse and torture, though overlooked by vegetarians who like to point fingers at meat eaters.

The fact is that our voracious appetite for animal products - and the huge corporations and government subsidies that make it affordable - is churning out an unnatural, unhealthy, chemically induced diseased products that in turn causes diseases in humans.

It's called karma.
