Lolite- I know. I have been cutting them in half for a while now... and only taking one half mid afternoon or one half in the morning and one half at night.

I only take a whole one when the symptoms were too much to bear.

If I start to feel really weak, I will take a half tonight. I'm not adamant about stopping now..I just want to try. Now seems to be a good time because my body is functioning thru an entire night without it and if it can do that then it must be needing it less and less. Those were my thoughts, anyway.
