I think I was sort of pre-disposed to AF, but if I knew back than, all that I know now, I would have avoided AF to a great degree if not entirely.
I was aways a bit of a nervous person, But also an adventurist, perfectionist and an exercise nut.
All indicators of stress. Than I'd also go without eating much ( I was skinny and figure conscience ) than would endulge in sweets at family and gatherings with friends.
Into my 30's being married and moving 15 plus times, put a big stress on me too. The excessive exercising and moving, I would get more tired just doing normal things. Than in a few days I'd be better. I also deveoped more and more of an intolerance to stress over the years and this would lead to anxiety, but short lived. After a 2 mile walk I'd always feel light headed for an hour or so too.
But, diagnosed "hypoglycemic" at age 27 was the kicker. I had an uncontrolable sweet tooth at a very early age.
If this is not controlled, it sets the stage for AF down the road, and it did.
