Well, I spent the rest of that day obsessively reading about other people's colonic experiences, which is why I'm going to share mine here. This board is very informative and helpful!

The place I went was great. We went over my health history and talked awhile before going to the room with a Libbe machine. It was darkened with soft music, and I was given a gown and blanket, heat-bag, and massager to use on myself. The therapist showed me everything, and there was a call-button I could use, but she came back in every few minutes anyway. I inserted the water-tube myself, and she came back in to stay with me while I took my first long fill of water - then she left so I could release privately. That was weird - releasing my bowels while lying down on a table. But the contours/hole of the table kept it from being messy, and there was no noise or smell at all. There was a long mirror to my left which let me view a long clear tube (ran under table) of all that I passed. After an initial bit of brown poo, the rest of my session I only passed lots of yellow and pinkish mucus, and bits of undigested food. I felt fine afterward, had a tasteless electrolyte drink, went home and cleaned the house. I didn't sleep well, just couldn't wind down.

I was curious about today's session, wondering if I would pass a lot today. But no...! I didn't! Hardly any poo, and then just some mucus again. Lots of little bubbles in the water. Yesterday and today, I massaged my colon deeply with my fingers and with the electric massager there. I also stayed very relaxed. Today, I relaxed more than massaged, letting my body NOT release anything if it wasn't ready? I had a good attitude about it, not disappointed. It was nice to just let the water flow in, and run out. A few times I tried to push, but it was unproductive and unnecessary.

This morning I began a magnesium supplement, and tonight I will begin taking psyllium. That should help, I think! My next colonic is Wednesday. I think I'll buy several more sessions, and one of these days I expect to expel a lot of stuff. @@ We'll see. I'm pretty sure I'm not empty! Very likely severely dehydrated. Also will try drinking even more water.
