Andy 82-This has given me faith that I am on the right road with how I am caring for my 12 year old. I've only just learned of adding Iodine to milk and my gal is a whole milk addict. She is a toothpick and we would love to see some weight on her. She was drinking 5 gallons a week for a while which goes to show that the whole milk could not make her fat. Extremely hard to find a pair of pants that fit her skinny waist that are long enough. Maybe I am comparing her to the neighbor kids who have a poor diet.

I had her read what you wrote and she said, "Wow! They have the perfect life!" Had to remind her that she has not been to the docs for heal health in over 3 years now.
