Throw in the money factor, most are too broke from the scheme of Christmas. They gave their money to Wal-Mart aka UN and do not want to spend another dime on their health and allow their sickness to go chronic and by Feb 1st they are really sick and the phone rings off the hook for all those in the health field and the ones who make the pains the fastest go away get all the business.
