No problem! I use a garlic press,and just press it over a glass. So I have a bunch of freshly minced garlic basically and I add about two inches of juice. Swirl it around and chug!!! :) I don't taste anything. Super easy :) I was taking 6 cloves a day recently with an infection I had. Get well soon!!
