The reason why trips to the beach helps eczema, is because of the mnerals in the sea water.It has been found that exposure to minerals associated with the sea tends to clear up eczema.

If you cannot get to the beach, you can buy dead Sea Salt or ordinry Sea Salt , and add to the bath and have a soak. I have found from experience that dead Sea Salt s work best.

I suffered from eczema for many years and I am interested in helping people with eczema.
