Raw vegan diet then...
Acidifying high meat/fat, low carb diet then...
Drinking from a copper cup for 2 weeks...
Consuming a soil-based organism, which destroyed my gut...

Too many PUFAs, too little fuel, too little cholesterol...
Too many metabolic acids, too many ketones, too little glucose...
Too much copper in one dose without the ability to bind it with ceruloplasmin...
Wrong organism in gut that persists and creates all kind of havoc with cortisol, neurotransmitters, malabsorption etc.

Ouch! ;-(((

Now is the adventure to unravel all of these mistakes! ;-)))
