I think there's only one Doctrine now, the version doesn't need to be specified, since as per my dowsing, the number of people using it doubled since last year, so it is now known which is the latest one, at least this is what I feel about it.

Newport might confirm or clarify this though because he's ultimately an "expert" on this.

You've made a good decision because this would help in your healing process for sure.
