I understand the procedure (open colonic), but wonder what to expect from my body. When I called to make the appointments, the staff were all very friendly and said I will love this experience. :) I'll go today, tomorrow, and next week. I'm not having unusual difficulties, but have never been very regular, often bloated. I'd like to lose a few pounds, especially my belly. In the past when I've tried cleanses at home, it has stirred up candida, so I'll be ready this time with plenty of probiotics. I wonder if I will have cramping, or worse, if not much comes out. I hope it isn't too messy. Not many people to talk to about this - haha - so that's why I'm posting here. Would love to hear other's experiences.
