This thread has become confused and I am having difficulty keeping up.

The Dave Frahm protocol is mild and magnesium citrate is not as potent as magnesium sulfate. Many people don't visit the bathroom until after 9.00 am the next day, so they are not up all night. If you have to get up in the night then shift everything to the morning and try to lie down for hour after taking the ee/oo.
