You should be aware that many natural hygienists such as Shelton are vegetarian and extremely hostile to eating meat. They think it does all sorts of bad things and so really recommend that you never eat it again. This includes organic meat. I have always thought this might be the reason their food combining recommendations make it so inconvenient to create any traditional meal that includes meat. It seems to me that most such meals break at least one food combining rule.
