I've tried this method of Liver Flush with magnesium citrate but did not drink any apple juice and did the flush in the middle of the day. I made a mistake of using a cherry flavor 10oz. bottle of magnesium citrate which is red in color, so everything i passed later was in red liquid and not easy to see. However i did feel that stones were passed but didn't look for them in that red liquid.

My wife has also tried this method without drinking any apple juice, but she used a lemon flavor magnesium citrate bottle which has no color. According to her, she passed a lot of chaff and some stones.
